MY DANCE THROUGH LIFE
My mother saw something in me as a kid and threw me into ballet class. Delicate shoes, strict discipline, the whole elegant package.
I learned that movement could tell stories my words couldn't yet. Bodies speak louder than mouths sometimes. Ballet taught me that.

THE UNEXPECTED TURN
As I grew, so did my hunger for different rhythms. I danced through various schools, each one adding new layers. Then life took a turn, and I found myself go-go dancing in clubs.
Some people saw this as a "detour" from ballet. Like I'd fallen off the proper path or something.
I saw it as freedom. Bold, unapologetic, expressive freedom. Just another chapter.
Then I discovered belly dance. The fluid movements, the connection between music and body - it felt like coming home. I trained deeply, got good, and started Alanya Dance with other belly dancers. We performed across Slovenia. With each show, I felt more alive, more myself, more like I'd finally found my language.

ADDING MUSIC
But my creative spirit wasn't done. Singing lessons opened another door. I realized I wasn't just meant to move TO music - I could CREATE it.
My experiences, struggles, joy - they became songs. "Is There a Man?" and "I Won't Lose My Mind" weren't just tracks. They were pieces of my story set to melody. Making those music videos was like painting my life in motion.
Those early days were tough. Being different, being authentic - it wasn't welcomed. People attacked. Criticized. Told me to stop.
I kept dancing. Kept singing. Kept creating anyway.
Time catches up with the truth eventually. Now the world talks about authenticity like it's revolutionary. I was just living it before it had a hashtag.

NOW
Today, I collaborate with stylists, photographers, jewelry artists - all of us weaving our crafts together to create something bigger.
Fashion Dance isn't just what I do. It's who I am. It's every ballet class, every club night, every belly dance performance, every song that came from somewhere deep.
It's the dance of a life lived without apology.
That's my story. That's my dance.
And I'm just getting started.
